Asset Security Notice

Dear P.CN Users: To foster a healthy and trustworthy social environment and protect the security of users' assets and information, P.CN has implemented an AI-powered security identification system. This system continuously monitors for malicious activity on the platform, including but not limited to: impersonation, fraudulent activity (such as fake investments and phishing links), malicious personal attacks, or harassment.

Once suspicious activity is identified, the system will flag the associated wallet address as a risk and, depending on the severity, take measures such as restricting functionality, limiting transactions, or banning the account.

Warm Tip:

Do not transfer funds to unfamiliar addresses or click on suspicious links.

Do not believe in misleading claims such as "high returns" or "airdrop rebates."

Customer service will not request your private keys or funds for any reason. Please identify the customer service tab to report any issues. Customer service will not contact you proactively.

If you encounter suspicious activity, please report it promptly through the P.CN official email address or contact the responsible customer service representative. If you encounter any suspicious or deceptive content while using the platform, please report it to customer service:

Provide the other party's wallet address, username, and screenshot to facilitate on-chain tracing and possible blocking, flagging, and restriction.

P.CN AI-Based Violation Detection and Penalty System

• MPC wallet assets will be flagged accordingly, establishing fund transaction records to aid tracking and investigation by other wallets or exchanges, assisting victims in asset recovery
Second-Level Violation• Defamation, slander, spreading false information, and other malicious acts causing harm to others' reputation or mental well-being
• Dissemination of obscene content through text, images, videos, or other media
• Spamming—mass-posting repetitive, meaningless, or excessive promotional content—severely disrupts normal social interactions and degrades user experience
500 points• AI Warning
• Three or more violations will result in forfeiture of all points
• The AI assistant will automatically mute the social account and related groups for 7 days
• Repeated violations (3 or more) will result in the account being flagged as "malicious" and the associated offending groups being disbanded
Third-Level Violation• Violation of Group/Supergroup Rules
• Impersonation or unauthorized use of another person's identity
• Redistribution of unapproved personal creative content
• Infringement of original intellectual property rights
100 credit points• AI-generated warning
• Accumulated violations (5 or more) will result in forfeiture of all credit points
• The AI assistant has automatically removed the infringing content and imposed a 3-day social account ban
• Accounts with 5 or more violations will be flagged as "malicious accounts" and their associated groups will be disbanded

All disciplinary actions are executed jointly by AI and community governance consensus to ensure fairness and transparency.

Users may contest penalty outcomes through the appeals channel, where final rulings will be issued by the Community Review Committee.

Accumulated violations will impact account credit ratings, affecting core privileges including airdrop eligibility and DAO voting rights.
